PLEASE REPLACE ORPHANS’ COURT RULE 1.1 AND RULE 5.50, LOCATED IN THE TWENTY-FIRST EDITION OF THE PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS’ COURT LAWSOURCE, WITH THE RULES BELOW:
Rule 1.1. Short Title and Citation.
These rules shall be known as the Pennsylvania Rules of Orphans’ Court Procedure and may be cited as ‘‘Pa.R.O.C.P. ______ ’’
Comment
The previous use of ‘‘Pa. O.C. Rule’’ to cite the Pennsylvania Rules of Orphans’ Court Procedure may not serve as a basis to invalidate a reference to that authority.
